Planning on making exterior changes to your home or property? Our Lexington Estates First Homeowners Covenants and Bylaws require homeowners to apply for approval from the Architectural Review Board BEFORE making any changes (tree removal, exterior color change, front door or window replacement, driveway widening, fencing, etc.).
